Why you should rent our villa...
We furnished our house very lovely and valuable just as our permanent house.
All 3 bedrooms contain kingsize beds!
Not only the view from the living room and the terrace is beautiful. Even in the master and the second bedroom you can enjoy the wonderful view over the canal.
In general the house is spacious!
You have a lot of privacy, because of the high leverl of the house and no neighbor in the back.
* The boat can optionally be booked for an additional fee. It has 115 hp and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
To ensure proper comfort max. 6 people should go by boat.
It offers the opportunity to go directly from the garden to the Gulf of Mexico to get there dolphins, manatees, pelicans or sea eagles to watch!
Enjoy beautiful sunsets directly behind the house!
