Our prices in dollar per week are:

 

Tourist season:

 

01.05.-30.11.         1.260,- USD

01.12.-31.01.          1.560,- USD

01.02.-31.03.        1.860,- USD

01.04.-30.04.      1.560,- USD

 

These prices count for 4 persons.

Each additional guest costs 120 $ per week.

 

There are higher prices on Christmas and Easter.

 

 

Special conditions:

 

Cleaning fee: 250 $ once

If you like, the barbecue can be cleaned by the property manager.

All prices exclude the 6,5 % Sales tax and the 5 % Tourist tax.

 

The deposit of 600 $ has to be included in the final payment and will be refund after the stay if the house is without any damages.

For the boat is an additional deposit of 750 $ to pay, which will be also refund after the stay if the boat has no damages.

7 days after booking the partial payment of 25% of the whole price is due. The final payment is at the latest to be payed 30 days before renting.

 

The property manager will do the house instruction and and is there for your assistance.

Water, high-speed-internet via WiFi, telephone and fax in the regional area, pool and garden service, sheets and towels are included. Power will be calculated by 0,20 $ per kW/h and has to be payed at check-out to the property manager.
